hofex 2015

Back at HOFEX this year.
The booth is well stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables.
Cheese and dairy products.
Packaged sausages and deli meats. 
Mexican specialty products.
Condiments, sauces, ancient grains, and a large abundant seafood dome. 
It was great to see everyone at the show this year!

let's have surf and turf

Fresh to our table...
 
Australian southern rock lobster tails make a delicious salad starter.
USDA skirt steak turns into carne asada. 
Colorado lamb rack with garlic and rosemary serve as our main dish.
And for dessert, Momofuku's compost cookies...
...fresh out of the oven!
